December 17, 2009 – Fifty plus Rotarians, partners and guests were present for the annual Christmas Dinner and Party at the SVCC. President Jeff convened the event and introduce John Fischer who led the group in singing “Deck the Halls.” Entertainment was provided by a professional magician, Brent Kessler. Rotary first saw Brent when he was only 16 and he returns to the area at 25, making his living as an entertainer following two years in Florida with Universal Studios. Brent’s web site is www.TheMindTease.com.  Art Bowen served as host with Joyce Anderson serving as “assistant” for everything else that needed to occur for this special event. Guests included John’s wife Gail Fischer, Mike Bingamin and his wife Missy, Tom’s wife Ann Gates, Pat’s husband Bill Pinkowski and their daughter and son-in-law; Joyce Anderson’s daughter and Jeff Spade and his wife, Bob’s wife Abby Fogle and Mary  Seiler, Earl’s wife Grace Ferster, Jack’s wife Dottie Rousch, John’s wife Diane Stokinger, Bill’s wife Jean Clark, Jerry’s wife Marty Rhoades, Charlie’s wife Shirley McCuen, and Bob’s wife Vi Soper.
