July 1, 2010: 25 members were present to hear Art Bowen describe the housing developments that are taking place in Monroe Twp. Three separate developments have been planned and work has begun on all three. R & L Construction Company of
adjacent to Oakwood Grove. That site will offer higher priced townhouses than the other two developments. Art noted that there is a demand for these kinds of units as more people look to downsize and have maintenance free properties.

Members will be given a post card with the week they are responsible for arranging for a weekly program. Diane Alderson will oversee the master schedule for weekly programs. Thanks to Pat Pinkowski for handling programs in the past. Thanks to Bob Soper for overseeing the installation of officers last week. We received a thank you for our Shelter Box contribution for Rotary year 2009-2010.
