Oct. 31, 2013:
Twenty-eight Rotarians were present as Tom Gates introduced Susquehanna
University President Jay Lemons and new Dean of the SWSB, Dr. Marsha Kelliher.
Jay spoke about the Susquehanna Traditions program and the Ginkgo Tree, the GO
program (which led to the University receiving a prestigious award from
the Institute of International Education) and other initiatives. He emphasized
the role the citizens of Selinsgrove had in encouraging the college to locate
in the town.Marsha spoke about her
reasons for choosing to come to SU and her delight in the students and both their
academic and service commitments.
Announcements:
Hal Dunkelberger spoke about the importance of donations to the RI Foundation
and the raffle ticket sales in support of the Foundation.*Wes Knapp announced
that he and his wife will be staying in the area even though he has retired as
Superintendent at Midd-West.

speak about Electricity Market Purchasing for residential and commercial bills,
deregulation, what is subject to market pricing and what should be your
