Mr. Aucker made the club aware of the many important projects and goals of the VFW. He explained how the local VFW can assist veterans in completing applications and appeals for VA benefits. The local post can also influence legislation on the state level which is useful in providing benefits to veterans and their families. Not only does the VFW operate nationally but they also have a lot of charitable projects locally within our community. The Selinsgrove VFW supports local youth baseball and soccer clubs.
